Medical-Grade Skincare Product Refund Policy

Due to the nature of medical-grade skincare products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, credits, or replacements for any skincare products purchased from Ora Wellness & Aesthetics.

This policy applies regardless of, but not limited to:

  • Product dissatisfaction or personal preference
  • Allergic reactions, skin sensitivity, or adverse skin responses
  • Improper storage or handling after purchase
  • Products exposed to heat, cold, humidity, rain, sunlight, or other environmental conditions
  • Products left unopened, partially used, or fully used
  • Expired products not reported prior to the expiration date
  • Lost, stolen, damaged, or mishandled products after purchase

Because our skincare products are medical-grade and regulated for patient safety, we cannot verify whether a product has been opened, altered, contaminated, diluted, tampered with, or stored under appropriate conditions once it leaves our facility. Therefore, products cannot be returned to inventory or resold.

By purchasing skincare products from Ora Wellness & Aesthetics, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund policy.

All skincare product sales are final. No exceptions.
